We closed out the busy month of February 2025 by hosting a delegation of Whitecap Dakota Nation Council members and Whitecap Development Corporation representatives at our office for a tour and demonstration of virtual care technologies.

This collaboration is integral to the VHH mission and vision. Whitecap Dakota Nation will be the home of the unique and groundbreaking Virtual Health Hub facility set to open in early 2027, which will operate as a centralized command center utilizing virtual care technologies to expand and enhance healthcare access for Indigenous, remote, and rural communities across Saskatchewan.

Through engagement and relationship-building with community leadership at the local level, we can understand the unique needs for services and culturally-appropriate care, and strategize for the delivery of the most appropriate methods and technologies. Together, we are paving the way for transformation of healthcare delivery in Saskatchewan!
